Along with finding the right virtual employee, this is a big part of what you’re paying for! We cut through the noise for our clients, by sourcing only the BEST virtual staff. This early stage vetting process is tested, proven and has led to over 600 VAs being hired since we opened our doors in 2018. This is all so that you can hit the ground running with your new virtual staff member – we even help negotiate their salary, too!
Step 3: Testing
Step 4: Interviews
Spend as much time as you want quizzing and interviewing your prospective staff members via Zoom. Really utilize this part of the process to feel comfortable! Then, when you’ve made your selection and decided to hire your virtual staff member, you just let us know, and we finalize everything so you can get to work!
